Membership and Event Policies
Membership Fees
  • Membership fees paid to GROSF are non-refundable once the application has been processed and approved.
  • If an application is rejected, the full amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
Event Registrations
  • Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
  • If GROSF cancels or reschedules an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or a credit for future events.
Training and Fellowship Programs
Training/Fellowships: Refund policies for fellowships, workshops, or training programs will be shared at the time of enrollment and will apply accordingly.
